Carlos Eduardo Turrubiarte Torres, director de Fomento Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo del Ayuntamiento y por parte del equipo de Fonatur: Lic. Doris Ethel Camara, Subgerente Tramo 1 y el Ing. Julio Gonz\u00e1lez Jim\u00e9nez, Enlace Ambiental Tramo 1 y de manera virtual: Lic. Jose Xilolt Soberon, y Lic.
