Luisa del Carmen C\u00e1mara Cabrales Presidenta Municipal y la Lic. Dolores del Carmen Zubieta Ruiz Diputada Local por el 1er. Distrito. En su intervenci\u00f3n la Presidenta Municipal dejo claro que durante su mandato se trabajara para atender las causas justas, sin derroches por el bien de los habitantes de Balanc\u00e1n. Por su parte el Gobernador expreso su reconocimiento al trabajo realizado en estos meses y se dijo ser un aliado de Balanc\u00e1n para continuar con la transformaci\u00f3n del municipio.
